Lucia Fernandez

Lucia Fernandez was born and raised in Little Havana, where she grew up surrounded by the everyday realities of a working immigrant community: neighbors juggling long hours, families stretching every dollar, and older relatives who needed someone to help them make sense of appointments and forms. Helping people through those moments came naturally to her, and it eventually became her career. As the firm's Client Care Manager, she is very often the first friendly voice a client hears and the steady point of contact they rely on from beginning to end.

Lucia's role touches every kind of case the firm handles, from car and truck accidents to motorcycle crashes, slip-and-fall injuries, rideshare claims, and wrongful death matters. Her focus is the human side of all of it. She makes sure clients understand what is happening, helps coordinate medical care and appointments so people get treated without delay, follows up when someone has been too busy or too worried to call, and answers the small questions that clients might feel embarrassed to bring to an attorney. She does all of this in English and Spanish, so no one is ever left guessing about their own case.

She studied health services administration at Miami Dade College, and that background gives her a real fluency with medical providers, records, and the practical logistics of getting hurt people the care they need. Clients frequently say that Lucia is the reason a stressful process felt manageable, because she keeps them informed and never makes them feel like a bother.

Outside the office, Lucia is deeply involved in her neighborhood parish, organizes a yearly school-supply drive, and can usually be found at a weekend domino table with her extended family. She sees her job simply: take care of people the way she would want her own family taken care of, and make sure that every client feels remembered.
