Daniel Reyes

Daniel Reyes was born and raised in Hialeah, the son of Cuban parents who came to South Florida with very little and built a life one long shift at a time. He grew up translating letters, forms, and phone calls for family members who did not yet speak English, and he saw early how easily working people can be pushed aside by companies that count on them not asking questions. That experience shaped everything about how he practices law today. He founded Reyes Injury Law so that families across Miami-Dade would have a place where they are spoken to in plain language, in the language they are most comfortable in, and treated like people rather than file numbers.

Daniel concentrates his practice on serious car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle crashes, and wrongful death cases. These are the matters where the stakes are highest and where the insurance company works hardest to pay as little as possible. He handles the insurance adjusters and the paperwork directly so his clients can focus on getting better, and he makes a point of keeping people informed at every stage instead of leaving them wondering what is happening with their claim. When a client is hurt and unsure where to turn for treatment, he helps them connect with medical providers so that care is not delayed while the case moves forward.

He earned his undergraduate degree in political science from Florida International University before going on to earn his law degree at the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of The Florida Bar and has spent his entire career representing injured people rather than insurance companies. Over the years he has tried cases in front of juries and negotiated countless claims, and he believes that being genuinely willing to go to trial is what earns a client fair treatment during negotiations.

Outside the office, Daniel still lives in the community he grew up in. He coaches youth baseball, spends Sundays cooking for a loud extended family, and is a fixture at local school and church events. He often tells new clients the same thing he would tell a neighbor: ask every question you have, take care of your health first, and let the firm carry the weight of dealing with the other side.
