Marcus Bell grew up in Miami Gardens, in a family where his grandmother's small apartment was the gathering point for cousins from across the neighborhood. He learned Spanish from the friends and neighbors he spent every summer with, and he learned early that where you come from should never decide whether you are treated fairly. That belief is what pulled him toward injury law and toward a firm built to serve the same kind of community he was raised in.

As an Associate Attorney at Reyes Injury Law, Marcus handles motorcycle accident, rideshare accident, car accident, and slip-and-fall matters. Motorcyclists are too often blamed unfairly after a crash, and Marcus works hard to make sure his clients' side of the story is documented clearly and taken seriously. He is the attorney clients often reach first with a question, and he prides himself on answering quickly, explaining things in plain English or Spanish, and never letting someone feel forgotten. He handles the back-and-forth with insurance adjusters and helps clients arrange the medical care they need so their recovery is not put on hold.

Marcus earned his undergraduate degree in sociology from the University of Miami and his law degree from Florida State University College of Law. He is a member of The Florida Bar and, since being admitted, has focused his practice entirely on representing injured people. He approaches each case with the thoroughness of someone who knows a claim is only as strong as its preparation.

When he is not working, Marcus rides with a local motorcycle group focused on road-safety awareness, volunteers as a youth basketball referee, and is slowly restoring an old bike in his garage. He likes to remind clients that they do not have to have all the answers when they call, because sorting it out together is exactly what the firm is there for.
